Jeremy Just is the Founder and President of Blacktide Development Corp. Jeremy is responsible for corporate growth and strategy, acquisitions, leasing, and development of new projects, as well as expanding existing and building new relationships with national and regional retail tenants, land owners, brokers, and consultants, while running the day-to-day operations of Blacktide Development. Prior to forming Blacktide Development, Jeremy was co-founder and principal of BlackTide, LLC, which continues as an active owner and developer of single tenant retail projects in Southern California. From 2005 through 2012, Jeremy was a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of LandMark Retail Group, LLC, a full service, fee development company which played a key role in assisting CVS Health's rapid expansion throughout California, including strategic assistance with CVS' acquisition of Savon Drugs in 2006 and Longs Drugs in 2008. Jeremy also held positions as Acquisitions Manager with Evergreen Devco, Inc., where he was instrumental in developing more than a dozen retail projects, as well as positions in both acquisitions and as in house Legal Counsel for Realty Income Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, which acquires net leased commercial projects throughout the United States. Jeremy holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, where Jeremy lettered on the 1994 Pac-10 and Fiesta Bowl Champion Arizona football team and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Jeremy's professional associations include membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers, California Bar Association, and is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and California. Jeremy lives in Nolensville, TN with his wife Laura and daughter Tabatha. Jeremy's son is a recent graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is a real estate analyst for USAA Real Estate in San Antonio, Texas. Jeremy enjoys travelling throughout the South and racing on his stand up paddleboard.
