As Chief Operating Officer, Investor Services, Jeremy Hemann oversees the firm’s Americas Investor Services with a specific focus on driving strategic connectivity between Capital Markets, Asset Services Commercial, Agency Leasing, Valuation & Advisory and Project & Development Services. He is developing and leading the platform while creating a direct line to essential corporate functions to achieve success and empower teams to solve key challenges.
In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer of Asset Services, Jeremy played an integral role in critical M&A decisions and integration efforts and worked diligently across Americas Services to develop strategic growth plans. He most recently implemented processes around data and technology across Americas Services to support business intelligence and drive efficiencies.
In 2018, Jeremy was recognized among ’40 Under 40’ in the St. Louis Business Journal. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at University of Illinois at Urbana Champagne.
