Bio
As Principal, Jeremy leads Kor’s multifamily apartment strategy, focused on acquiring and developing multifamily assets across the U.S. Prior to joining Kor, he was Vice President for Equity Residential, leading the company’s efforts to acquire and build multifamily assets across Southern California and Texas. While at EQR, he acquired over $600m in assets, oversaw the company’s preferred equity / mezzanine debt business, and led the effort to re-enter Texas for the company. Prior to EQR, he worked in the nascent sector of multifamily across Spain and the U.K. He began his career in New York City focusing on multifamily leasing, property management and government research before joining the real estate private equity firm, Rialto Capital, where he acquired and asset managed distressed-debt real estate across the U.S. Jeremy received his MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and his BBA from CUNY Baruch in New York City. Jeremy is based in Austin, TX.
