Jensie Teague

Jensie has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, acquisitions, finance, and has developed, redeveloped and acquired over 20 million square feet of properties of all types including grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use villages, power centers, regional malls, and urban infill mixed use projects. An honors graduate of Washington & Lee University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, M.B.A., he spent 17 years as Senior Managing Director for Faison Associates and Trammell Crow Company. He serves on the Board of Directors for Burroughs and Chapin Company, a private REIT, where he has chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and serves on the Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of Central Realty Holdings, a private diversified real estate development and investment company in Greenville, SC. Jensie is a member of the ICSC and Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. He has served as Board Chair Charlotte Preschool Partnership, Board Chair of the Central Avenue Bilingual School, Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Executive Board of Thompson’s Child and Family Focus, and the Operations Committee of Goodwill of the Southern Piedmont . He currently serves on the Board of Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest and Virginia Episcopal School.
