Bio

Jennifer Simpson joined Sares Regis in 2007. Ms. Simpson is responsible for managing interior design projects for all Fund properties. Ms. Simpson’s previously held the position of Transaction Manager, where she was responsible for managing the marketing, diligence processes and closings for acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Sares Regis, Ms. Simpson managed transactions and marketing campaigns at Whittlesey Doyle, a residential land brokerage firm. She also served as a property manager for luxury apartment communities at Arnel Residential. Ms. Simpson received a B.A. degree in Visual Art from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Certificate in Light Construction and Development Management from the University of California, Irvine. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a LEED AP (O+M).
