As a member of one of the nation’s top producers in Multifamily Institutional Properties, Jennifer Newman focuses on property and portfolio underwriting and valuation, and facilitates efforts involved in market research and market condition reporting. Ms. Newman holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Ms. Newman’s experience prior to joining CBRE includes asset management and acquisitions analysis and management in multifamily and commercial real estate. Key responsibilities included investment proforma and ad-hoc financial modeling and underwriting, as well as market research for strategic business planning analysis.
