Jennifer Keith is a Financial Analyst and a Client Services Specialist with the Capital Markets—Debt & Equity Finance Group and the Manufactured Housing Team (MHRV). As a valued member of the Debt & Equity team, she manages the details of financing deals from their inception including preparing and analyzing loan valuations, researching market data and coordinating the closing process. Ms. Keith also provides property marketing, listing and transaction support to MHRV, an interstate investment property group.
Ms. Keith joined CBRE Capital Markets in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Keith was a Documents Supervisor for Capitol Development Group where she prepared and distributed loan documents, coordinated loan and investment closings and maintained correspondence with all parties involved in the financing of properties.
