Jennifer K Dix

Jennifer Dix serves as Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company, managing all aspects of the construction process from design through project close out for projects throughout North Carolina. Jennifer previously supported TCC’s Washington DC developments, before relocating to North Carolina in 2021. Jennifer effectively oversees project teams, directing the preparation of estimates, schedules and cost controls. She manages the development of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical plans and specifications. Jennifer also develops and maintains successful customer relations at a senior level with consultants, architects, owners and clients.
