At The Curtis, 100 Independence, and The Washington—comprising three million square feet on the perimeter of Independence Mall—Jake is leasing space to a diverse tenancy, from cutting-edge life science to destination retail to creative office, and these dynamic uses are working together to shape a symbiotic, urban ecosystem. Since taking over the portfolio in 2020, he’s leased 215,000 square feet (and counting) with a value over $43 million.
