Bio
Jennifer joined Rosewood Property Company as a Multifamily Asset Manager in April 2020. She brings over 20 years of multifamily experience both at the corporate and onsite levels. Jennifer worked with firms such as Mill Creek Residential Trust, JPI, and Greystar prior to joining Rosewood. Most recently, Jennifer held the position of Area Vice President with oversight of the Dallas and Denver markets. In her various roles, Jennifer was directly responsible for day-to-day oversight of asset performance including maximizing value through creative revenue growth and strategic expense control. Jennifer has overseen 27 community transactions contributing to the orderly and prompt ability to close. She is a 2013 CAPS designate with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Jennifer was nominated for the AAGD Sapphire Awards as a Regional Manager of the Year and Property Supervisor of the Year in 2019 and 2020.
Education
Jennifer studied Accounting and Computer Information Systems at the University of Texas at El Paso.
