Jenette O'Brien

Ms. O'Brien joined Apollo in 2018 and is a Managing Director in the Net Lease Group. Ms. O'Brien is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the net lease portfolio and is also involved in the diligence and execution of acquisitions. Prior to joining Apollo, Ms. O'Brien was Vice President, Asset Management at Realty Income Corporation from January 2012 to August 2018. Prior to that, Ms. O'Brien was Associate Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at Realty Income from March 1997 to January 2012. Ms. O'Brien is a member of the California Bar Association, California Department of Real Estate and International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. O'Brien holds a JD and California Real Estate Broker's license. Ms. O'Brien graduated from Arizona State University and received her J.D. from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her L.L.M. in Taxation from University of San Diego.
