Jeffery Roberts

Jeffery Roberts is responsible for all operations pertaining to development and construction activities for Altman Development Company. Prior to his association with Altman, Jeff was President of Village Green Residential Properties and Village Green Construction, the largest apartment home developer in the Midwestern region of the United States. At Village Green, Jeff was responsible for all operations of the development and construction companies whose volume exceeded $150,000,000 annually. Prior to his twelve-year tenure with Village Green, Jeff served as the Florida Development Officer with Altman Development Corporation. Jeff has degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Manatee Junior College and the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, The Building Officials and Code Administrators International (BOCA International) and the American Planning Association. Jeff has been a frequent speaker at trade conferences for the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders and Multi-Housing World.
