Based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Dallas, Texas office, Jeffrey Ringwald, managing director, specializes in loan origination for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. Throughout his 17-year career, Mr. Ringwald has originated more than $2 billion in seniors housing loans across the country with experience in FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac Program Plus, and life companies, as well as structuring bridge and construction loans for clients. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Ringwald was a senior vice president with Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC., where he was responsible for leading the origination effort and strategic direction of the seniors housing and healthcare platform. Before Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC., Mr. Ringwald served as a senior vice president at Oak Grove Capital, managing director at Red Capital Group, principal and manager of the Healthcare Finance Group for Prudential Mortgage Company, and senior vice president for Guaranty Bank’s Seniors Housing Group. Mr. Ringwald earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University. Beyond the Company, Mr. Ringwald serves on the Executive Board for American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).
