Jeffrey Resetco

Jeff Resetco joined Gilbane Development Company in 2019 as a Senior Development Director. Prior to joining Gilbane, Mr. Resetco was a Senior Director another development company, where he oversaw the development of several P3 on-campus developments as well as several award-winning off-campus developments. Prior to joining his previous company, Mr. Resetco was responsible for managing design and construction aspects of office, multi-family and hospitality projects for the Peterson Companies. He was formerly a Senior Associate at IBI Group – Gruzen Samton Architects in New York City, where he managed major educational and multi-family projects in both New York and New Jersey. Mr. Resetco holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Architecture from North Carolina State University.
