Bio

Jeff Provenza joined the Darwin brokerage team in 2010. He offers a full range of industrial brokerage services including tenant/buyer/ownership representation, build-to-suit projects, site acquisitions, redevelopments, and investment deals. His primary area of concentration is the O’Hare and West Cook Submarkets in Illinois. Jeff has executed a broad range of industrial transactions, but a large percentage of his clients are focused on warehousing, distribution, and logistics related real estate. Mr. Provenza’s financial knowledge helps his clients make appropriate economic decisions for both their real estate and related business needs. Prior to his real estate career, he performed regulatory and consulting work for the commodities industry; Mr. Provenza further utilized his financial and accounting skills as an internal auditor and senior financial analyst for Nalco/Ecolab (NYSE:ECL). Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Every day, they help make the world cleaner, safer and healthier – protecting people and vital resources. In his free time, Jeff enjoys golfing, traveling, and live music.
