Mr. Lucas joined JEN in 2018, and is responsible for researching and underwriting investment opportunities. Before joining JEN, Mr. Lucas was a Real Estate Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he provided tax and advisory services to various clients in the real estate investment industry. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond with a B.S.B.A in Accounting.

JEN and its principals have invested over $5 billion in residential land and backed eight homebuilding companies representing over $1 billion in value. JEN is currently investing its seventh fund and has successfully realized a separate account for a large state pension fund.
