Jeffrey Lomasky

Mr. Lomasky joined Cerberus in 1994. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Lomasky was the Chief Financial Officer of New Street Securities from 1992 to 1994. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Lomasky was the controller of Drexel Burnham Lambert and from 1989 to 1990, he was the Chief Financial Officer of European activities for Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Mr. Lomasky is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College. Mr. Lomasky is a member of the Firm's Operating/Management Advisory Committee, Compliance and Risk Management Committee, Valuation Committee, Allocation Committee, and Financial Risk Management Sub-Committee.
