Bio
Jeffrey Levine joined EIP in April 2018 with over 8 years of commercial real estate experience. He serves as EIP’s Director of Investments and Asset Management, sourcing new acquisition opportunities and overseeing operations of over 7 million square feet of real estate.
Prior to joining EIP, Jeffrey was Manager of Investments at IDI Gazeley (a Brookfield Company) based in London, focused on the acquisition of warehouse and distribution facilities across Europe, acquiring 40 buildings totaling over 7 million square feet and generating over $30 million in stabilized net operating income. Additionally, Jeffrey performed managerial duties in the disposal of Gazeley’s $2.8 billion platform to GLP in 2017. Before moving to Europe, Jeffrey began his career as a Financial Analyst for CBRE New England’s Investment Sales and worked as Valuations Analyst for Prologis.
Jeffrey graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Finance & Accounting
