Jeff Kusumi

Jeff joined The Rubenstein Company in 1998 and was a member of the senior management team that formed Rubenstein Partners. As Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance standards required by the Investment Advisers Act. Additionally, he assists on projects involving tax credits and other governmental incentives. Jeff is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining The Rubenstein Company, Jeff worked at ACG Professionals, a real estate consulting firm focused on financial modeling and acquisition due diligence for large portfolio transactions. Previously, he was also engaged in mortgage banking and financing involving senior housing, low-income tax credits, and capital syndication. He graduated from Harvard University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, received his Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. Jeff is a member of PREA and the Washington State Bar Association. He was formally Series 7 and 24 licensed and is a real estate broker.
