Bio
Mr. Kovach is based in DC/Northern Virginia and manages Beacon Capital Partner’s asset management activities for Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, New York, Chicago, and Houston.
Before joining Beacon in 2005, Mr. Kovach was the Market Officer for InterPark, Inc., a subsidiary of GE Real Estate, with oversight responsibilities for approximately 70 parking assets in the mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining InterPark, Mr. Kovach was a Vice President/Regional Manager with JLL, where he worked for 10 years in the leasing and management division overseeing commercial office portfolios in excess of 8 million square feet for third-party clients in the Washington, DC and Columbus, Ohio markets.
Mr. Kovach earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.
