Jeffrey Kohn

Mr. Kohn is the head of acquisitions of The Prusik Group. Prior to joining The Prusik Group, Mr. Kohn spent seven years as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Acadia Realty Trust, a publicly-traded retail real estate company. During his tenure at Acadia, Mr. Kohn was responsible for sourcing, structuring and acquiring retail properties in the New York metro area and the Southeast United States, and completed in excess of $500 million in retail and mixed-use acquisitions. Prior to Acadia, Mr. Kohn was an Associate at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, a global investment manager with over $50 billion in assets under management. At Cohen & Steers, Mr. Kohn was a member of the US REIT team, with a focus on retail and hospitality sectors. Mr. Kohn is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Kohn also earned Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He currently resides in Westchester County, NY with his wife and two children.
