Jeff Kindorf is a Senior Associate for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and represents institutional and private clients across the country investing specifically in multifamily product in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Through a sophisticated hands on approach, Jeff is able to deliver investment sales for his clients maximizing value and satisfying client goals.

Prior to joining IPA, Jeff worked in multifamily development/investments gaining skills and relationships within the industry. Using his previous industry knowledge and experience, Jeff brings a full scope advisory approach to his clients.

Jeff is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
