Jeffrey M. Kevan

Jeff has over 40 years of experience in the planning and design of private sector development; from conceptual phases to final permitting and construction support services. He is well-versed in the permitting process on the local, state, and federal levels. As a project supervisor in TFMoran’s civil engineering division, Jeff is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all of the firm’s engineering projects and engineering design of select land development projects. In addition to his private sector work, Jeff has also prepared Flood Insurance Studies for ten New Hampshire communities under contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Fairmont State College. Professional Registrations/Affiliations/Certifications: Member, Board of Directors, NH and VT Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
