Jeffrey J Kapcheck

Jeffrey J. Kapcheck is an Executive Vice President with CBRE, Inc. Over the last 20 plus years, Jeff has established long-term working relationships with many of the country's top corporations. He has specific expertise in the formation of strategic real estate planning and supply chain logistics, on both a local and national basis that include tenant representation; building acquisitions and dispositions; leasing programs for logistic parks; build-to-suit programs; and the development of vacant land. Active in the real estate industry since 1987, Jeff has completed more than 1,000 transactions valued at over $1,500,000,000. In his tenure thus far at CBRE, Jeff was the #2 Chicago area industrial producer in 2017, and the top Chicago area industrial producer in 2018.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Jeff was a principal with Colliers International since 1998. While there Jeff established himself as a top producer within the firm. Jeff also enjoyed previous employment with Grubb & Ellis where he was a senior vice president. Jeff was consistently recognized nationally as one of the company's top 100 professionals.
