Jeffrey H Humphrey

Mr. Humphrey joined Devon in February 1990 and is responsible for leading Devon’s asset management team. In this role he conducts facility acquisition analysis, responds to investor questions, builds financial models, underwrites acquisitions and dispositions, negotiates financing terms, and conducts real estate tax assessment reviews and appeals. Mr. Humphrey graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a B.S. in Accounting in 1981. Mr. Humphrey performed the following roles and holds these designations: Director of Acquisition Audit and Property Taxes for Equitec Properties Company with commercial holdings of 26 million square feet located in 20 states 1985 – 1990, Marketing Representative for Sacramento Satellite Systems, an early satellite TV signal provider 1981 - 1985, Senior Appraisal designation with the American Society of Appraisers (“ASA”), Senior Appraisal designation with the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers CCRA (Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser), Author of several real estate articles for various publications, Co-Instructor and co-creator of the National Self Storage Association Acquisition & Valuation Course offered around the country for the past ten years, Presenter on multiple topics at National Self Storage conferences.
