Jeffrey B Bell

Jeffrey Bell is a Senior Vice President in the Detroit office of CBRE.  Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 1986, Mr. Bell has specialized in the leasing of office and high technology space and the associated acquisition and disposition of office and high technology properties.  Additionally, Mr. Bell provides consultation support to other specialty groups within CBRE including its Capital Markets, Industrial, and Hotel Groups, as well as mixed-use projects that include an Office component.

Prior to joining CBRE in January of 2006, Mr. Bell was a Senior Vice President of both Colliers International, and prior to that Grubb & Ellis (now known as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) for fifteen years.
