Jeffery Kinney

For nearly 20 years, Jeff Kinney has been a fixture in the Jacksonville mortgage banking landscape. He transitioned to this industry from conventional banking where he was credit trained and where he honed his relationship management and production skills as a bank loan officer. Mr. Kinney’s banking career includes experience with C & S, NationsBank andBarnett Bank and Bank of America.

In his mortgage banking tenure, which began in 1998 with GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Mr. Kinney has regularly lead the market in total production having produced billions of dollars of debt and equity financings for his clients. His tireless work ethic allows him to bring his clients the most competitive and creative sources of debt and equity capital available in the market. He specializes in the financing of self-storage facilities, anchored and unanchored retail centers, office buildings, industrial facilities and of course multifamily developments. He has expertise in lending with a diverse array of capital sources including Life Insurance Companies, GSE's, CMBS, Debt Funds, Pension Funds and Banks.

Mr. Kinney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Florida State University. He has been active on the FSU Real Estate Trends Conference Steering Committee.equ
