President and C.E.O. of Cagan Management Group and its subsidiaries. Mr. Cagan founded the firm in 1974 with a handful of buildings; since then he has guided the company's growth to manage over 300 properties nationwide. Recently Mr. Cagan has concentrated his efforts in developing new properties, primarily 2,000 units in Central Florida. Among these developments is Cagan Crossings, a traditional neighborhood development in Clermont, Florida and the Group's flagship property. Mr. Cagan earned his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois.
