Jeff Smith

As Executive Vice President of Asset Management for VanTrust, Jeff Smith ensures operational performance in accordance with the investment and development objectives for all completed projects as well as those under development. This involves working with internal and external team members including property managers, leasing agents, accountants, construction managers, architects and numerous vendors providing various operational services to the assets. Jeff also interfaces with internal financial sources to determine hold/sell strategies and to evaluate projects for possible redevelopment.
