Bio
Jeff Sakamoto serves as Senior Vice President – Development. In the last decade alone, Mr. Sakamoto has been responsible for the development and acquisition of almost $2 Billion in multifamily properties across the Western United States.
Prior to joining Grand Peaks, Mr. Sakamoto oversaw multifamily development in several key markets for The Wolff Company, a private equity firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He spent three years as a Partner with Fore Property Company and grew the company’s development activity from zero to over 2000 units in the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. Sakamoto is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Master’s Certificate in Real Estate Development and Finance from Portland State University.
