Bio
Jeff Pauker leads the investment team for real estate, with responsibility for core and opportunistic acquisitions and investments, commercial property dispositions, and asset-level financings.
Prior to joining A&B, Pauker was an attorney with the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a global law firm, where he practiced transactional real estate law on behalf of developer and investment fund clients. Pauker also worked in management consulting and private equity for Monitor Group, now a division of Deloitte.
Education and community commitment
Pauker is a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School and serves on the boards of various community organizations, including NAIOP’s Hawaii chapter, Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, and Honolulu Theatre for Youth. He was also selected as a Pacific Century Fellow, Class of 2018.
