Jeff Newberg is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Endeavor Real Estate Group, where he focuses on the development, acquisition, leasing and management of retail and mixed-use projects.
Relevant Experience
Jeff has been active in the Austin real estate industry since 1984. For the past four years, he has been heavily involved in the development of the third retail phase at the Domain, known as Domain NORTHSIDE, which is anchored by Nordstrom and an RH Gallery from Restoration Hardware. His earlier projects include University Oaks, Sunset Valley Homestead, Greenlawn Crossing, TechRidge Retail and Phases I and II of the Domain. Jeff has worked with some of the world's leading retail brands, including Home Depot, Kohl's, IKEA, JC Penney, PetSmart, Ross, DSW, Whole Foods Market, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and HEB.
Prior to co-founding Endeavor, Jeff was a Managing Director and Principal of the Austin Retail Division of Trammell Crow Company. In this role he was responsible for the daily oversight of management, leasing, development, tenant representation, investment sales and accounting for a four million SF retail portfolio.
