s a Vice President in retail leasing and brokerage, Jeff consults clients in tenant representation, landlord representation, purchasing buildings, and the acquisition of land. His expertise extends to all types of properties, from urban retail centers to regional shopping centers. Jeff is responsible for facilitating and increasing partner relationships with lenders, principals, and brokers to continue to enable his clients to effectively source and efficiently close on selected assets. Jeff has a deep understanding of the market, clearly defines clients’ goals, aggressively pursues the solution, and systematically ensures success with each transaction, which helps develop long term relationships with clients. He has helped many prominent local and national clients identify appropriate trade areas and complete lease or sale negotiations enabling them to achieve their real estate objectives. Jeff brings an honest, straightforward approach, combined with exceptional market knowledge that retail owners and developers appreciate. Jeff is a graduate of the Saint Cloud State University. He lives in Minneapolis, with his wife and six children.
