Jeff Meran

Jeff Meran serves as the Executive Managing Director for Mill Creek's Southeast Division inclusive of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development for multifamily communities in the region, from site acquisition through design, approvals, financing, leasing, and disposition of assets. Mr. Meran previously served as Mill Creek’s Senior Managing Director for Florida. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Meran was a Development Associate in the South Florida office for Trammel Crow Residential, Director of Planning and Zoning for Ascot Development, and a Development Associate for Ram Development. Since 2004, he has developed approximately 7,000 multifamily homes, with a total capitalization of over $2 Billion. Mr. Meran is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and practiced as a real estate attorney in Miami prior to beginning his real estate development career. In addition to his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Meran holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
