Jeff McSwain

Jeff McSwain oversees Acquisitions and Asset Management of the Tralee portfolio’s day to day activities. He has more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a primary focus on multi-family assets. Prior to joining Tralee, Jeff oversaw Asset Management Operations for a portfolio of 300+ troubled multifamily projects through turnaround, repositioning, workout and/or restructure. He previously worked with a team of more than 20 asset managers to identify and implement strategies for optimal investment outcomes. Through his career he has worked with assets of all types in markets throughout the nation. Jeff holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BBA in Economics from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia.
