Before Stan Johnson Company, Matulis was a field engineer with Hilti, Inc., a global construction company, where his extensive technical expertise and analytical skills not only gave him the foundation to work with architects, engineers and contractors on detail design in commercial and industrial construction, but also supported his relationships with key industry professionals, including national and regional merchant developers, institutional real estate investment trusts and high net worth individuals.
