Bio
Jeff Longnecker is responsible for overseeing asset management and business plan execution, primarily for DivcoWest’s Boston area assets. Jeff’s responsibilities include, leasing, capital expenditures, tenant relations, budgeting and reporting.
Prior to joining DivcoWest in 2012, Jeff spent 11 years working at Clarion Partners as a Vice President of Portfolio Management. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College and currently serves as a Gavel Member of NAIOP Massachusetts.
