As the Executive Vice President of Wilshire Advisory Group, Jeff Lipson spearheads significant tenant representation engagements, collaborating with successful organizations across the country. His career commenced in 1994 at Stone-Miller, where he served as a partner and played a pivotal role in orchestrating commercial real estate lease and sale transactions exceeding $1 billion. Jeff’s comprehensive expertise encompasses all facets of lease transactions, allowing him to identify opportunities and generate value-added benefits for esteemed clients such as Esquire Deposition Solutions, Salon Republic, Intel Corporation, American Jewish University, International Medical Corps, and many other professional corporations.
Demonstrating a profound ability to optimize real estate to an organization’s advantage, Jeff specializes in strategic planning, relocation analysis/negotiations, subleasing, lease terminations, renegotiations, buyouts, operating expense reviews, and leveraging a client’s financial strength to achieve highly favorable concessions.
Beyond his significant tenant representation practice, Jeff possesses a profound understanding of commercial sale transactions where he understands how to protect his buyers and sellers during the negotiation and escrow period. He has successfully represented numerous investment buyers, sellers, and owner-users by employing creative solutions like using favorable financing to enhance the return on investment.
In addition to his agency-side work, Jeff has served as a major principal in the ownership of numerous retail buildings in Brentwood and the Burbank area. As a real estate investor/owner, Jeff offers invaluable insights into strategically structuring commercial real estate investments, aiming to create enduring value and wealth for his clients.
Prior to his real estate career, Jeff worked in the banking industry at Sanwa Bank. Jeff holds a Business degree from California State University, Northridge, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate.
