Jeff Kolodkin, Managing Director at Newmark, is a seasoned veteran with over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Kolodkin’s success is credited to his keen focus on his client’s needs. He has been a finalist for NAIOP’s Creative Deal of the Year Award in New Jersey; included in the Circle of Excellence numerous times as a top 10% producer; awarded the Mack-Cali Broker of the Year award; and recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
Mr. Kolodkin has assisted his clients in completing millions of square feet in transactions including tenant representation, landlord representation, sub-landlord representation, property repositioning, dispositions and acquisitions regionally, nationally and internationally. His clients include: Verizon, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citibank, Prudential Insurance, Diversified Capital, Instinet, Qwest Communications, Littler Mendelson, Citizens Bank NA, Balfour Beatty, SRS Soft, Kaufman Jacobs, LNR, Duane Morris, The Learning Center for Exceptional Children, Barnabas Health and Miller Coors.
