Jeff Katz

Jeff has more than 21 years of professional real estate experience, including property acquisitions, dispositions, finance and asset management. Prior to co-founding West End Real Estate Partners, Jeff was a co-founder and Managing Principal of Highgate Capital Group, a national multifamily private equity firm with a focus on workforce housing in secondary and tertiary markets. Before starting Highgate, Jeff was a co-founder and Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Trilogy Real Estate Group, leading the investment strategy for its national multifamily investment fund. Prior to Trilogy, Jeff was a Senior Vice President at DTZ Rockwood with responsibilities that included the disposition and advisory of more than $2.5 billion worth of real estate assets. Jeff began his career in the acquisition group at LaSalle Investment Management.

Jeff received a Bachelor’s in Real Estate-Finance from Indiana University in 1999.
