Bio
Starting at Trademark in July of 2015, Jeff is responsible for leading land acquisition and pre-development efforts for new, ground-up and major redevelopments of retail and mixed-use projects. Johnson brings more than 22 years of real estate experience to Trademark having led the acquisition, development, and operation of more than 4.5 million square feet of retail, commercial, multi-family, and industrial property located throughout the country. He joins Trademark from Fareway Stores, Inc. where he served as Director of Real Estate and was responsible for the development of new stores for the 112 grocery store chain. His prior experience includes Founder and President of Cormac Company, as well as Vice President of Stone Creek Development, a privately held real estate company based in Sioux City, Iowa. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics with emphasis in finance and management from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
