Jeff Hoffman

Jeff Hoffman serves as a Senior Vice President of Development for BMC. Mr. Hoffman, a Denver native, was previously a Development Associate at Trammell Crow Residential. At TCR, he managed the design, pre-development, and construction of close to 900 multifamily units in the Denver area. Prior to joining TCR, Mr. Hoffman served as a Redevelopment Specialist at the Denver Urban Renewal Authority. At DURA, he managed tax increment financing assistance for multiple projects including the Marriott Renaissance Hotel, the Source marketplace, and the Aria mixed-use community. Mr. Hoffman also previously worked as a Financial Associate in San Francisco at Rockwood Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm with over $6.5 billion of equity commitments. At Rockwood, he was responsible for West Coast acquisitions and asset management, primarily focusing on multifamily and retail investments. Mr. Hoffman received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
