Bio
Jeffrey C. Heller joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1983. Located at the New York Headquarters, he acts as exclusive real estate consultant and broker for many prestigious tenants and owners. Prior to entering commercial brokerage in 1985, Mr. Heller was responsible for creating a department within Cushman & Wakefield that provided financial analysis services to the sales force. Mr. Heller’s client list has included Electronic Data Systems, MetLife, Witco, MCI, WorldCom, Williams Communications, Pitney Bowes, Bowne, and Stikeman Elliot. Mr. Heller has extensive experience in managing Corporate Services accounts. Corporate account management, as well as a host of individual deals, mainly in New York City, has led Jeff to be one of the top revenue producing brokers in the country for C&W over the past several years. Mr. Heller is an honor graduate from the Wharton School of Finance & Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
