Jeff Hanks

Jeff has over 27 years of finance and accounting experience in small to large high growth private and public companies. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche, one of the Big Four international accounting firms where he obtained his CPA license. He has over 15 years of experience in the public sector, with focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing and reporting, audit issues and SEC reporting. During this time, he had several years of international business experience in South America. He served several years as a director for a public company and director and treasurer with a non-profit organization. Jeff graduated from the University of Utah in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
