Bio
Jeff Hackmeyer is an Asset Manager on the Global Corporate Services/FDIC Account in Dallas. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include managing FDIC owned real estate assets from receivership through disposition. He also assists the FDIC on ORE Strike Teams at various bank closings.
Prior to joining the FDIC account, Jeff worked as a Financial Analyst on the Industrial Investment Sales team in Dallas, which specializes in industrial institutional investment property sales. He was responsible for underwriting commercial real estate and a broad range of other tasks spanning from the initial request for proposal to the coordination of the due diligence process.
