Bio
Jeff manages all new and existing development activities. He works closely with municipal staff, utility companies, and political offices to obtain the approvals and clearances needed to move 4Site’s projects forward. Using his experience as a city planner, Jeff is also involved with the strategic planning and acquisition of new properties and development opportunities. Jeff has several years of public sector experience and has worked for local governments in New York City, Washington DC, and West Hollywood. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and Master of City Planning degree from UC Berkeley
