Jeff Deven

Jeff Devens is a Vice President with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for structuring and managing direct loan originations, and providing specialized product support in the mid-Atlantic and northeastern regions of United States. Jeff specializes in the company's Affordable Housing programs. He is located in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to joining the originations group in 2017, Jeff spent 8 years as an underwriter with PGIM Real Estate, and has been directly involved in over $1 billion of debt financing that helped to preserve or create more than 15,000 units of affordable housing. He has a high degree of experience with low-income housing tax credits, Section 8 housing, tax-exempt bonds, and various forms of public and private subordinate financing. Jeff received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
