Jeff Dean

Mr. Dean oversees the acquisition, development, leasing and management of the company’s Colorado assets. Prior to joining Mark IV Capital in 2021 he spent 17 years directing the development and redevelopment of several million square feet of office and industrial assets across the country. Jeff has an BA from California State University, Chico and a Master of Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
