He specializes in office and industrial investment sales and puttinghis thirty years of experience to help clients efficiently execute and maximize thevalue of their commercial real estate transactions.Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Burkle served as a Development Principal forCatalyst Energy Development Corporation, a developer and operator ofhydroelectric, cogeneration, geothermal and photovoltaic alternative energy projects.He then joined Textron Financial Corporation where he held, positions asUnderwriter, New Product Development Officer, Senior Credit Officer and Director ofLoan Originations. He was responsible for the development of Textron Financial'sSBA and Resort Lending Programs. Subsequent to Textron Financial, Mr. Burklefounded Golf & Marina Capital Corporation which provided mortgage origination,acquisition and advisory services for owners of golf courses, golf resorts andmarinas.
