Bio
Jeff is responsible for all project investments, due diligence, underwriting and asset management. Prior to forming HCP, Jeff was the Vice President and Acquisitions Partner for the Central Division of the JPI Companies in Dallas, Texas. His primary responsibilities included the acquisition of multifamily assets in Dallas, Austin and Houston. In 2000, Jeff helped start the acquisition program at JPI and assisted in the acquisition of conventional and student living communities in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Southern California, Boston and Washington, DC. Jeff is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
